The NCB500-1S+32k

You asked for a boiler with performance of the NCB500 ON to be adapted to homes with only one bathroom, and we listened. We’ve created a powerful new model to service homes with one bathroom whilst retaining a compact design – The NCB500-1S+/32K.

We’ve also added an ‘S’ label to key systems throughout the NCB range – so you can quickly see how many showers can be simultaneously serviced at once, helping you to accurately choose a model that will suit your home.

The rise of the Combi Crossover

As our NCB offer grows, our high-spec NCB700 ON and NCB500 ON ranges, powered by ON technology, have kickstarted a whole new boiler category – the Combi Crossover.

Combi Crossover boilers utilise innovative recirculation technology to deliver consistent, endless hot water, all from a single compact package. This means that you get the performance of a system boiler, without the need for a hot-water cylinder – the perfect choice for those who are short on space.

We’ve put our latest training videos online for the NCB700 ON and LCB700 models, spelling great news for installers who are in need of quick answers.

Our online training videos are there to function as a go-to guide for those in need of help with everything from installation to general operation. The support doesn’t stop there though, for those who prefer in-person training we have onsite training available too.

Supporting Heat 2 Eat

Since December 2022, the Heat 2 Eat campaign has been serving its purpose of helping the people of Fife to access vital community services and support, such as food banks.

Together with award-winning installation specialists, MPH Group, we began our support with a combined donation of £10,000 – subsequently pledging a further £100 for every Navien boiler that MPH group install in Fife throughout 2023. So far, we’re proud to have gathered combined donations of £13,200.
