Provide on-site fault-finding and breakdown support for the manufacturer’s domestic boilers and hot-water products across the South-East. You’ll also handle phone-line support on a rota and assist the sales team with occasional installer events and training sessions.

Job Expectations:

What were looking for :

Proven boiler fault-finding/breakdown experience (ideally 5+ years).

Current ACS Core & Boiler tickets (CCN1, CENWAT).

Oil qualifications – essential.

Full UK driving licence and residence within the region.

Strong customer skills, good IT knowledge, and self-motivation.

Desirable: Air-source heat-pump or F-Gas Cat 1 certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose :

and repair boiler faults at customer premises.

Cover :

the technical helpline (weekday and Saturday rota).

Support :

sales activities: installer visits, trade mornings/evenings, demos.

Monitor :

and mentor local service agents, ensuring standards and stock levels.

Deliver :

product training to installers and agents (presentations & live demos).

Resolve :

customer complaints quickly and cost-effectively.

Contribute :

ideas and feedback to the wider technical team.
