Job Summary

Navien UK Ltd is seeking a Regional Sales Manager with a strong background in plumbing and heating sales. This is a field-based role responsible for promoting and selling Navien’s high-quality range of domestic heating solutions, including gas and oil boilers, heat pumps, and water heaters.

You will play a key role in driving regional sales growth by developing strong relationships with plumbing merchants and installers, while identifying and converting new business opportunities. This role suits a commercially driven individual who understands the heating market and thrives on building long-term customer partnerships.

This is a field-based role working across the following South West postcodes:

BA, BH, BS, DT, EX, PL, PO, SN, SO, SP, TA, TQ, TR

Job Expectations:
Requirements :
  • Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or similar role within the plumbing and heating industry.
  • Background in manufacturing sales is highly desirable, with knowledge of plumbing & heating industry distribution channels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and support a sales team.
  • In-depth knowledge of domestic gas and oil boilers.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently to achieve targets.
  • Strong commercial awareness, understanding pricing strategies and industry agreements.
  • Ability to create and implement sales initiatives and incentives to improve regional performance.
  • Experience working with plumbing merchants, installers, local authorities, and social housing organisations is advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
Managing :
existing relationships with plumbing merchants and installers while developing new business opportunities to drive regional sales growth.
Building :
strong, long-term relationships with installers, merchants, and key industry stakeholders
Identifying :
new sales opportunities to expand Navien’s market presence within your region
Advising :
customers by understanding their requirements and recommending tailored heating solutions
Acting :
as the link between customers and internal teams to ensure clear communication and effective service delivery
Resolving :
customer concerns proactively to build trust and support long-term partnerships
Generating :
new leads, enquiries, and sales, converting opportunities into sustained business growth
Reporting :
on sales performance through regular reports and forecasts, tracking progress against key metrics
Optimising :
the use of promotions and discounts to drive sales while maintaining profitability
